Former DLA Piper capital markets co-chair Michael Maline has moved to Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo in New York after just 14 months at his previous firm.
Maline came to DLA Piper in January 2021 after nearly 13 years at Goodwin Procter. He has substantial experience representing global investment banks, issuers and investors in public and private capital markets transactions.
