Citing opportunities for a more focused practice and the ability to mentor junior lawyers, a partner from Kirkland & Ellis is moving over to Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
Megan Ward Spelman, who advises private equity sponsors and public and private companies on numerous types of transactions, is joining the Paul Weiss corporate group in New York, the firm announced Monday.
