Law Firm StructureAs many law firms head back to the office in earnest this coming month, their teams will inevitably still be dispersed. After much thought on how a hybrid model will work for the long term, the legal industry still doesn't have as much experience with the concept as others.
To help bridge that gap, The American Lawyer affiliate publication Law.com Pro has brought together leaders of other industries—who are also often clients of law firms—to explain how they have managed highly successful hybrid teams and to detail what they expect from the law firm teams serving them.
Sign up for this free webinar, taking place Thursday, March 24, at 11 a.m. EDT, to hear from:
Wayne Berson, chair, BDO
Ira McDermott, chair, McDermott Will & Emery
Alex D'Amico, senior partner, McKinsey & Company
Rachel Johnson, managing partner, Johnson & Oshan Law
Sylvia Qiu, director, CVC Capital Partners
Gina Passarella, editor-in-chief, The American Lawyer
In this discussion with accounting, consulting, private equity and law firm leaders, you will hear about the dynamics of high-performing hybrid teams, including how these organizations manage areas such as culture, mentorship, diversity and well-being. We will also explore how clients impact decisions on hybrid teams and what these organizations are doing to maintain talent in the midst of talent wars and the Great Reflection.
This unique discussion offers a rare chance to hear from high-level leaders of organizations outside of legal as well as from your clients. While Law.com Pro webinars are typically restricted for Pro members only, this important discussion is being opened up to all law firms, in-house teams and others interested in identifying ways to better manage hybrid teams. We look forward to having you join us and asking your questions of these well-placed speakers.
