Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr saw a 4.3% increase in total revenue in 2022, and while that figure shadows in comparison to some of the lofty heights of many transaction-centric law firms, Wilmer’s senior management is content with the number.

Since co-managing partner Robert Novick took the reins 11 years ago, the firm hasn’t backslid on growth. So, for him, the trend line is heading in the right direction.
