After seeing its revenue drop for two consecutive years, Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel rode strong showings in its private equity, M&A and restructuring practices to hit $449 million in revenue and $2.79 million in profits per equity partner, both record highs for the long-tenured New York firm. 

That $449 million in revenue was a 15.1% increase from 2020. The firm’s PPP was up 21.4% and its revenue per lawyer climbed 15.5% to $1.38 million.
