The No. 1-ranked Am Law firm said Monday that it is adding as partners Diane Blizzard, previously an associate director for rulemaking in the SEC’s Division of Investment Management; Melissa Gainor, who led the Investment Adviser Regulation Office within the investment management division; and Dan Kahl, previously the acting director of the division of examinations. They will be based in Washington, D.C.
