Financial services boutique McGonigle is merging with Seattle-founded Am Law 100 firm Davis Wright Tremaine, the firms announced Friday, boosting Davis Wright's head count to more than 600 while doubling its banking and finance practice and giving it a fresh presence in Chicago.
