As new requirements roll out for infrastructure and other types of federal spending, Seyfarth Shaw is boosting its government contracts practice with a three-attorney hire from K&L Gates, including a partner to co-chair the group.

The firm announced Tuesday the arrival of partner Amy Hoang, as well as counsel Erica Bakies and associate Sarah Burgart in Washington, D.C. Hoang, who served as practice group coordinator for K&L Gates' government contracts and procurement group, will co-chair Seyfarth's own group in the practice area.
