A $2.67 billion settlement was approved in an Alabama court Tuesday after almost a decade of litigation against insurance provider Blue Cross Blue Shield. Lead firm Boies Schiller Flexner is set to earn the lion's share of a $667 million windfall in fees for the plaintiffs firms involved in the case, according to court documents.
