Baretz+Brunelle has resolved its legal dispute with lateral hiring intelligence provider Decipher over Baretz’ launch of a new “talent intelligence and analytics practice.”

Baretz+Brunelle, a public relations shop and consulting shop, on Friday filed notice in New York federal court that it was voluntarily dismissing a May lawsuit seeking a declaratory judgment that Howard Rosenberg, a Decippher co-founder who leads the new practice, had not misappropriated any of Decipher’s intellectual property.
