Two corporate finance partners have joined McGuireWoods in Richmond, Virginia, moving their practice from Hunton Andrews Kurth, while two litigators from Winston & Strawn have also joined the firm.
W. Lake Taylor Jr. and Lawton Way arrived at the firm in Richmond, while life sciences patent litigators Michael Nutter joined in Chicago and Merritt Westcott in Houston. All arrived at McGuireWoods on Sept. 1.
