Mayer Brown has announced that it will be entering into a joint law venture with domestic Singapore practice, PK Wong & Nair.
The two firms have received formal approval from the Singapore Legal Services Regulatory Authority for its combination, which will be known as Mayer Brown PK Wong & Nair Pte. Ltd. The JLV model permits both firms to share profits through a financially integrated model.
