After Paul Hastings named a new chair in the last year, the firm has faced an exodus of administrative and business professionals—highlighting the common administrative fallout, behind the scenes, when law firms change their executive leadership.

Since February, Paul Hastings has seen the departures of at least six C-suite and other business professionals, including the chief marketing officer, chief administrative officer, chief communications officer, director of business development, a director of strategic initiatives, and the managing director of innovation and knowledge, according to sources familiar with the exits and Law.com reporting.
