Perhaps you're tired of hearing the word "unprecedented" by now, but the Ropes & Gray's life sciences group certainly isn't, as their steering some of their biggest clients through a flurry of COVID-19-related panic not too long ago is a real source of empowerment and pride. But it was by no means an easy feat. "The work was challenging and, to be candid, it was—at times—emotionally taxing," says Michael Beauvais, a Boston-based life sciences partner.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
