Bob Bodian, the managing member at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, is no stranger to success. Under his management, the firm has exceeded its previous high in revenue and profit for seven consecutive years, and Bodian believes 2022, even with its economic headwinds, can be the eighth.

But this year has been somewhat different for Bodian, as it has for many firm leaders and law firms. The normal issues of staffing, client service and managing the partnership are still there, but so are lingering return-to-office issues, questions on office space and how to pivot, if necessary, in a market most firms haven't seen in over two years.
