Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch has laid off several attorneys and staff, the Am Law Second Hundred firm confirmed on Monday, as the firm continues to seek cost-cutting measures amid declining demand in corporate work.

“After canvassing the firm, as we do every year at this time, the reduction in force resulted in the loss of only 3% of attorneys and staff,” the firm’s management committee said in a statement provided to Law.com. The cuts did not include partners.
