David Portilla, who joined Cravath, Swaine & Moore in 2021 as a lateral from Debevoise & Plimpton and was head of Cravath's banking regulatory practice, is now joining Davis, Polk & Wardwell in New York, according to Law.com reporting.
Davis Polk confirmed that Portilla had joined the firm over the weekend, but the firm declined to further comment.
