In the wake of two consecutive outlier years, White & Case saw its gross revenue shrink slightly in 2022, down 1.5% to $2.83 billion, from a high-water mark of $2.87 billion in 2021. And amid a bump in the equity partner ranks, average profits per equity partner sank 20.2% to $2.8 million after crossing the $3.5 million mark last year. 

Its revenue per lawyer dropped 7.2% to $1.08 million, down from $1.17 million in 2021.
