Large law firms have reduced space, streamlined schedules and invested in all kinds of perks to enhance collaboration and entice lawyers and staff back to the office. But firms could still do more to bring them back more often.

A plurality of legal industry workers in a survey from global design and architectural firm Gensler said they’d come back to the office at least one more day per week if their firm provided an “ideal” mix of work experiences.
