Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough is the latest Big Law firm to drop anchor in Chicago, the firm announced this week, as part of a seven-partner litigation pickup from Benesch.

Four of the partners, who bring particular expertise in commercial litigation and product liability, will open a new Windy City office for the Columbia, South Carolina-based firm, while three others will bolster its existing presence in Cleveland, the firm's leaders confirmed in an interview this week.
