Paul Hastings added Willkie Farr & Gallagher mergers and acquisitions partner Jon Kubek to its roster in New York, the firm said Monday.
Kubek, who was at Willkie for more than a decade, advises clients on M&A work, carve-outs, shareholder activism defense, joint ventures and proxy contests, among other areas.
