Munger, Tolles & Olson leads in average hours, while Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has the most committed attorneys, based on the firm's percentage of lawyers who contributed at least 20 hours of pro bono last year.

Pro BonoThis average hours chart ranks Am Law 200 firms by the average bono hours performed by their U.S.-based lawyers in 2022. Calculations are based on lawyer counts as of Dec. 31, 2022. Of the firms ranked, 10 averaged more than 100 hours per lawyer, while 109 firms achieved the industry standard of more than 20 hours on average per lawyer.
