Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz was involved in three of the biggest M&A discussions announced in the last week, while a group of Am Law 100 elite firms also helped steer the deals.

Tapestry, which owns fashion brands Coach, Stuart Weitzman and others, bought up Capri Holdings Limited, which owns Versace, Michael Kors and others, for $8.5 billion. Latham & Watkins represented Tapestry, while Wachtell advised Capri. Sullivan & Cromwell advised financial adviser Barclays (Capri), as Sidley Austin worked with Morgan Stanley (Tapestry).
