White & Case private credit partner Jessica Shearer is returning to Proskauer Rose after an 18-month stint, joining the firm's Boston office. Shearer was an associate at Proskauer from 2013 through 2022 before joining White & Case as a partner.
"As private credit continues to grow and attract new—and renewed—interest, her skill set will be an asset to the continued growth of our group and that of our clients," said Mike Mezzacappa, co-head of Proskauer's private credit group, said in a statement.
