Daugherty Lordan, the firm that spun-off from Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, announced plans to cease operations last week.
The news comes after a slew of departures and a rebrand from the firm's original name Barber Ranen, after discriminatory emails leaked from the firm's founding partners leading them to resign.
