Five of dissolving firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan’s white-collar attorneys, including the co-chair of the firm’s white-collar and internal investigations practice, have started at Seyfarth Shaw in New York and Washington, bolstering the firm’s depth in representing financial services clients in regulatory and litigation matters.

The move sees partners Scott Morvillo, Ellen Murphy and Richard Morvillo and associate Nicole Lloret start at Seyfarth over the past week, with the latter Morvillo and Lloret joining as counsel. Another Stroock associate, Caitlin Sikes, is expected to join as counsel in January, according to Richard Morvillo.
