McDermott Will & Emery, expanding on one of its core practices, is adding a five-lawyer health care team from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, including FDA practice partner James "Jamie" Ravitz, partner Paul Gadiock and at least three other attorneys, the firm said Tuesday.
Ravitz, in Washington, D.C., advises life sciences and health care clients, including in regulatory counsel, litigation, compliance defense and enforcement defense, among other areas. Gadiock, who will be based in San Francisco, was in senior leadership at the FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health before moving to Arent Fox and then Wilson Sonsini.
