Corrs Chambers Westgarth has the largest gap between male and female pay among significant law firms in Australia, according to data released by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency. 

Corrs has a median gender pay gap of 22.2%, which means that for each $1 a man at the firm earns, a woman earn 77.8 cents. The firm's median gender pay gap for total pay including bonuses and overtime is 19%.
