Mandated Gender Pay Gap Disclosures Just Took Effect For This Nation—Here's What It Means For Law Firms
Workplace Gender Equality Agency releases pay gap data for first time.

Credit: Simon / AdobeStock Corrs Chambers Westgarth has the largest gap between male and female pay among significant law firms in Australia, according to data released by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
Corrs has a median gender pay gap of 22.2%, which means that for each $1 a man at the firm earns, a woman earn 77.8 cents. The firm's median gender pay gap for total pay including bonuses and overtime is 19%.
