Reversing some of its revenue and profit declines in 2022, White & Case saw outsized growth in its restructuring and project development practices, contributing to a 4% growth in gross revenue, which rose to $2.95 billion.

With the firm’s equity partner tier slightly contracting, White & Case’s profitability also shot up. Average profits per equity partner rose 12.6% to $3.154 million in 2023, and its net income for all equity partners increased 9% to $1.19 billion.
