- Around 50 lawyers and 30 staff from Denver firm Moye White are expected to join Fennemore Craig's local office on April 16.
- The acquisition will lead to the closure of Moye White, which has been in the legal business since 1976.
- Fennemore leaders said the firm's expansion in Denver will allow it to capture emerging areas of demand for legal services in the biotech and renewable energy sectors.
A majority of lawyers and staff of Denver-based law firm Moye White have accepted offers to join Am Law 200 firm Fennemore Craig in mid-April in Fennemore's fourth large group lateral hire of 2024.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
