Paul Hastings alternative lender and private credit partner Scott Colton has joined Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as a partner in the firm's special situations and private credit practice in New York, reuniting with longtime colleague Bill Brady.
Brady, who was head of the alternative lender and private credit group at Paul Hastings, joined Akin in March as a partner in New York. Colton joined Akin on Monday.
