Last year, the Second Hundred firms turned the tables slightly on their larger (typically wealthier and faster-growing) counterparts, outperforming the Am Law 100 in gross revenue, revenue per lawyer, and profit per lawyer annual growth. It marked the third time in the last 10 years (including two out of the previous four years) that Am Law 101-200 firms posted better year-over-year revenue per lawyer growth than the Am Law 100. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
