A former Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer partner has been referred to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal following allegations of inappropriate behaviour.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority, the U.K. industry watchdog, has said that Nicholas Williams has “a case to answer” due to allegations relating to actions that took place between December 20 and 21, 2017, while he was a partner at Freshfields.
