Willkie Farr & Gallagher has hired J. Holt Foster III, the co-leader of Sidley Austin‘s global energy practice, as managing partner of its new Dallas office, which opened in May.
Willkie chairman Thomas Cerabino said in a news release that Foster is the “ideal person” to lead the Dallas office because of his diverse practice, leadership skills and entrepreneurial bent.
