Crowell & Moring and the Anti-Defamation League filed a lawsuit on Monday on behalf of more than 125 plaintiffs, alleging that Iran, Syria and North Korea provided material support to Hamas and enabled the Oct. 7, 2023, terror attack on Israel.
The suit, filed in Washington, D.C., federal court, is seeking financial compensation for the plaintiffs, who include U.S. citizens injured or killed as a result of the attack and immediate family members of those injured or killed.
