Addressing underperforming partners is on the to-do list for many law firm leaders in the U.S. and abroad, according to a new survey on partner performance management.
Roughly two-thirds of firm leaders that participated indicated they intend to act on partner underperformance in the next two years, according to law firm consultancy Edge International's survey of 100 law firm managing partners, CEOs and other leaders in the U.S., the U.K., Australia, Europe and elsewhere.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
