Paul Hastings said Monday that the firm has added yet another insurance partner from Sidley Austin. Brad Drake joins Kirk Lipsey and Chad Vance, who joined Paul Hastings' insurance M&A practice from Sidley Austin in Chicago and New York last October.
Drake, based in Chicago, said in an interview that the three partners are "in further discussions" with lawyers at Sidley "about who else could be joining our group." Drake also said that he is talking with many former clients from Sidley to bring them over to Paul Hastings.
