Former Ballard Spahr private equity co-chair Jeffrey Fickes and of counsel Christopher DePizzo are joining Blank Rome’s New York office as partners.
The two attorneys are the latest expansion for Blank Rome, which added on 25 corporate and transactional attorneys from Burns Levinson to launch a new office in Boston back in May.
