Jumping from an Am Law 50 firm to a midsize firm, Reed Smith litigation partner Mark Johansen has joined Egan Nelson as a partner in the commercial litigation group in Dallas, a move the trial lawyer said will help him avoid client conflicts and allow him to work with longtime friends.
Johansen said he made the move on July 10. The firm announced it this week.
