Morrison & Foerster hired three life science litigators in its New York office on Thursday, as it aims to capitalize on a growing demand for patent litigation from life sciences and biotechnology companies.
Partners Bindu Donovan, Todd Krause and Alyssa Monsen all joined Morrison & Foerster from New York intellectual property firm Desmarais. Donovan and Krause joined Desmarais in October 2018 from Sidley Austin. Monsen joined in 2019 and made partner in January 2022.
