The need for a more modern office space designed to encourage office work and aid recruiting is prompting Morris, Manning & Martin to move from a building it has occupied since the late 1980s to a new space that's 23% smaller.
The firm has leased a 100,000-square-foot space comprising four floors of the 30-story Two Alliance Center building at 3560 Lenox Road N.E. in Buckhead and will occupy it by mid-2026, said managing partner Simon Malko. The firm currently occupies 130,000 square feet in Atlanta.
