McDermott Will & Emery has added longtime Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher partner and co-chair of that firm's privacy, cybersecurity and data innovation practice, Alexander Southwell, to its white-collar defense group, the firm said Tuesday. Southwell is based in the firm's New York office.
