Ballard Spahr is merging with Pacific Northwest firm Lane Powell, effective at the start of January 2025.
Based on Law.com Compass data from 2022, which put Lane Powell’s revenue at $102 million, the combination will add roughly $100 million to Ballard Spahr’s $484 million in revenue from 2023. The combined firm’s head count will be estimated at over 750 attorneys, per Ballard Spahr’s press release.
