Trans-Atlantic firm Eversheds Sutherland has voted to promote two firm leaders, Lino Mendiola and Keith Froud, to its top positions in the U.S. and U.K. beginning in spring 2025.
The U.S. partnership chose Mendiola to be CEO-elect of Eversheds Sutherland (US) earlier this year, firm officials said. He will begin his four-year term on April 1, 2025, and succeed Mark Wasserman, who served as managing partner and co-CEO of the combined firm and its predecessor since 2005.
