- Apollo partner and former GC Joseph Glatt has moved over to Paul Weiss, joining that firm's corporate department.
Joseph Glatt, a partner in Apollo's financial institutions and strategy group and a former longtime general counsel for its credit division, has joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a corporate partner in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
The lateral move is another sign of Paul Weiss' close business ties with the private equity giant. It also comes shortly after Citi and Apollo announced a $25 billion joint venture aimed at increasing the take for both banks and private credit providers. Paul Weiss represented Apollo in the deal.
