Am Law 200 firm Spencer Fane is continuing its westward push with another tie-up, this one in Las Vegas.
After combinations in Salt Lake City and Santa Fe earlier this year, the Missouri-founded firm announced a merger on Tuesday with Las Vegas-based Holley Driggs, a general practice firm that drew Spencer Fane's interest with strength in litigation, bankruptcy, gaming and natural resources, among other practices. Spencer Fane adds about 14 lawyers—six partners, four counsel and four associates—with the move.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
