- Three former Proskauer Rose attorneys have joined Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young as partners in the firm's investment management practice.
- The team, which will operate out of Stradley Ronon's New York City office, will continue to advise clients on all manner of investment and securities law.
- The trio, who had a prior relationship with Stradley Ronon, said their new practice will represent fund complexes and their board members.
Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young on Monday announced that it was bolstering its investment management practice with three former Proskauer Rose partners based in New York.
Stuart H. Coleman, David Stephens and William T. MacGregor expect to continue to advise many of the largest fund complexes in the U.S. as they move from an Am Law 50 firm to a century-old Philadelphia-founded shop with just over 200 lawyers that punches above its weight in the investment management arena.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
