A Mayer Brown leader in bankruptcy and restructuring, as well as a partner he called his "top general" in the practice, have decamped to Jenner & Block.
Doug Spelfogel, a co-leader in restructuring in Mayer Brown's New York office, and Derek Wright, a restructuring partner based in Chicago, joined Jenner this week, the firm said Wednesday. Spelfogel will co-chair Jenner's bankruptcy and restructuring practice.
