Luke Ferrandino, chief marketing officer at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, is moving to Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom to take the firm's new chief business development and marketing officer role, the firm said Wednesday. Skadden's longtime CMO, Sally Feldman, is retiring after 35 years.
