Four partners from A&O Shearman in New York have left to join international rival Linklaters in its finance practice.
The group includes David Lucking, John Hwang, Derek Poon and Dan Guyder. Linklaters said on Monday that the group will further its "derivatives, securitization and restructuring strength" in its U.S. and global offerings.
